Design

Many projects begin with design. ChemArt’s team works with customers to translate artwork, branding elements, or technical drawings into designs that can be manufactured in metal.

Finishing & Printing

Once parts are etched, a variety of finishing options can be applied to achieve the desired appearance or performance. These may include plating, decorative finishes, and precision printing directly onto metal surfaces.

These techniques allow products to achieve both functional performance and distinctive visual impact.

Photochemical Etching

Photochemical etching is the core way we are able to create highly detailed metal parts and decorative designs. This process uses chemistry and light to precisely remove metal, allowing for extremely fine details that would be difficult to achieve with traditional cutting or stamping.

Because the process does not involve mechanical cutting, it produces smooth edges and consistent results while preserving the integrity of the metal.

Assembly & Packaging

ChemArt also provides assembly and packaging services that prepare products for final use or retail distribution. Components can be formed, assembled, and packaged as complete products ready for delivery to customers or retail partners. We offer stock packaging as well as fully custom packaging as needed.
