Electronics

ChemArt Company is an ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer of standard & custom etched metal parts and components. Final products are fabricated from flat metal sheets in thicknesses ranging from 0.0005 in. to 0.060 in. & dimensions up to 24 in. x 24 in. Metals etched include copper alloys, steel alloys & nickel. Processes used include chemical etching, milling & machining.

Aerospace & Aviation:

PCM is widely used in the Aerospace and Aviation industries. The process creates complex finished products which are burr free, stress free and maintain the original integrity of the metals and alloys. Products range from shims to stiffeners as well as various custom components. A clear advantage in using PCM and ChemArt is its ability to work with very thin gauge metals in creating specific parts at a high tolerance level.

Electronics & Electronic Components:

PCM has been at the forefront of the manufacturing process for the electronics and PCB industries. With the burr free finish and stress free parts, precision components can be manufactures very quickly and at a very competitive rate. Low cost tooling allows for rapid prototyping and design changes can be made quickly and cost effectively. Products include grids, shields, lead frames and many more.

Thermal Management:

ChemArt has been delivering high quality products to the industry since 1976 and is one of the foremost leaders in the production of heat enclosures, plate, sinks and step lids. With over 30 years of experience, ChemArt has the capability and the experience to meet the Thermal Management Industry’s requirements.

Fuel Cells:

Custom components and precision parts have been delivered to the fuel cells industry due to ChemArt’s extensive experience in creating burr free and stress free parts with exacting tolerances. As this industry grows, ChemArt has been able to lead the way through unique process control and design capabilities to meet the constantly changing design requirements.

Communications:

ChemArt has been producing a wide array of antennae, apertures and custom components for the communications industry from various different metals and alloys rangin in thicknesses from .0005 inches to .090 inches. Secondary services that are often utilized for these parts include passivating, plating, bending and forming.

Medical & Scientific:

With the ability to etch exotic metals and alloys, ChemArt has been providing many different products for the medical and scientific community. The PCM process create burr free and stress free parts which are ideal for the requirements in this industry.

Automotive:

Creating the right part at the right cost in a quick time to market delivery has been one of the successes behind ChemArt’s ability to service the automotive industry. With the ability to etch many different types of metals and alloys, the automotive industry has looked to the PCM process as one of the core technologies for rapid prototyping and custom parts and components.

ChemArt adheres to strict internal quality standards and utilizes Lean Manufacturing to create process efficiencies that lead to world leading products. Additionally ChemArt can conform to Military Standards, Military Specifications and packaging /shipping requirements for our government customers.
